Cancellation Policy

We at Tokyo Drip strive to give you quality products of your choice. However if you are not happy with your order you can contact us at contact@tokyodrip.in. 

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order from your Orders Page if it has not yet been processed at our office. All orders are usually processed by 10 AM every working day. Orders containing DTF T-shirts, hoodies and shoes can not be cancelled once these products have been manufactured as they are printed on demand.

Can I get a refund for my Prepaid order if I cancel it?

Yes, we can refund your Prepaid payment on request in case you have requested to cancel your order through the previously mentioned procedure.  Refunds will be processed through the same mode of payment within 10 working days.
